- CEClaudia Esparza6 days ago1.0I’m very disappointed with the service at this Dutch bros. I stop here all the time never had a problem but I just left with my drinks 5 mins ago. Not only was my drink just milk and syrup but the employees in this shift were just dancing around while the drive through line got bigger and bigger. This is my first ever negative review of any place and it sucks it’s Dutch bros but I think for 7-9 bucks a drink the least you can do is add coffee to mix not just milk and syrup.

When getting my drink I paid extra for boba in my drink and they proceeded to give me half of what is normally served. When bringing it to there attention, the blonde girl tried charging me more. This has happened more than once in just a week. Completely disappointed with the attitudes and service. Beyond rude.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
