  So my wife and I went there for a quiet lunch around noon time. There was hardly anybody there of course like always the food is wrong when it comes to the table, our drinks are late. And then in the middle of lunch, there was somebody in the bathroom with a kid that was maybe eight years old and the kid was screaming and yelling so loud it caused an uncomfortable environment. I asked my wife should I go check if the Kid is OK is she being hurt? Is she being abused? I was concerned so I got up and talked with the waitress and asked if everything was all right and if they could ask the parent to take the child outside until the child calmed down. The waitress told me no, that they couldn’t ask her to leave, which is absolutely wrong. You can ask a patron to leave or to step outside with a child that is being obnoxiously loud to the point that it is disturbing all the other people there eating lunch. When I asked to leave and for the bill and for a the container to pack my food up. She told me she couldn’t let me leave with my food because it was the endless appetizers that we had just ordered. So we had to stay and eat our food while all this was going on. I felt trapped. We felt we were being forced to endure this screaming child so we could eat the food e we just ordered. Bad management! And for all you parents…. If you can’t control your child, for whatever reason you can’t…after about a minute of your child disturbing others peace get GTFU and take your kid outside!

  The manger went above and beyond to make sure I got my food delivered when I accidentally ordered pick up, food was great service was great. I highly recommend them!

  Muy buena comida meseros amables pero se les olvidaban las ordenes que les pedía tuve que pedir mi Pepsi 4 veces hasta que me la trajeron talvez haiga sido porque había mucha gente pero la comida era muy buena

  I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend today, and honestly it was a huge disappointment. To start, we ordered mozzarella sticks, a burger, 15 wings, a lemonade, and a beer. The mozzarella sticks were very small and had no flavor. The burger was small for the price, and it was supposed to come with fries but barely had any. The wings hardly had any flavor and were a bit undercooked. The strawberry lemonade tasted like nothing—just water. All of that came out to over $80, which honestly doesn’t feel like a fair price for what we got. On top of that, the waitress literally tossed the food at us, and we weren’t able to print the receipt to verify everything. If you want to waste your money, this is the perfect place to go. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

  I love their food but their customer service just makes it a one star I have called multiple times to place an order ahead of time and they ask you hold and just leave you on hold for 20 minutes plus. I do realize you can order on the app but there are some options that are unavailable when you order online rather then calling.
