  4-10-26 My bestie is dairy free and hadn't had a Dilly Bar in a LONG time, it was a hot morning and I found that they had them here so I wanted to surprise her. I had a 30-40 min drive back home to Idyllwild, and was concerned about melting. The crew who were working that morning (approx 930am) were INCREDIBLY helpful, and they gave me a whole bag of ice to keep it cold 😭💜 it worked!! It was perfect!! I'm VERY grateful to them for going above and beyond to help me. Major shout-out to the girl who worked the window, she was the biggest help, coordinating that bag of ice, and I also asked what her favorite items were, got them, and had a very enjoyable meal!!! Thank you!!

  Family enjoys going here on hot days. Well ran store. Drive thru is typically pretty quick as well.

  I came to this dairy queen in Anza to get food clearly to not go inside the drive thru I'm waiting for like 5 min or more no one even says a word like I'll be right with you in a moment when normally they do so I leave go inside and I tell the worker how I feel after I pay for my stuff and the other worker with the worker says because they have new worker idc new worker or not u always tell customers in drive thru I'll be with you in a moment and then be rude about it to me in front of the whole store some people don't always go inside for a reason for people like me who have anxiety and don't wanna be around people that is why I give this three stars today because they had like 4 people in there no excuse there was only two cars almost done in front of me they could of picked up there speaker phone and said I'll be right with you whether new worker or not so jot professional and I'm upset while I have to feel emabrassed just because I complained about that wow okay

  Dairy Queen needs to stop hiring teenagers who have no costumer service. Rude little kids who don’t know how to talk to costumers nicely. Definitely don’t want to spend my money there
