  Very disappointed I ordered chicken noodle soup and my soup was over filled with noodles and chicken barely any soup to drink!! Empty place and this kind service of food at 11am not acceptable… it was replaced but there needs to be more attention to simple things like this … the quality of the soup there had gone down …. :( :(

  I gave them 5 stars because I enjoyed myself there but the smoothie didnt have enough sweetness and I didn't hear them call my name so it sat there a while and no one came and got me or anything. Kinda lame.

  Stopped by the Panera in Antioch after a real estate summit and ended up staying for several hours while we masterminded and talked through ideas from the event. It turned out to be the perfect spot for it. The environment was comfortable, clean, and great for conversation and collaboration. A special shoutout to Laura, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She offered drink samples and even cookie samples, which was such a thoughtful touch. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and her attitude really added to the whole experience. If you’re looking for a place where you can sit, think, work, or meet with others for a while, this location was fantastic. Great atmosphere and wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back!

  I had a wonderful experience at the Panera Bread, Antioch location. I was there with a group of colleagues from out of town, and we stopped in while implementing ideas we had learned at a real estate digital marketing conference. It turned out to be the perfect place for us to meet, collaborate, and get some work done. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and comfortable — ideal for conversation and productivity. The food was fresh and delicious, and everything came out quickly and just as expected. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Laura, the team lead, is fantastic. She made sure our group was well taken care of and that everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail, warm attitude, and leadership were very clear, and she helped create such a positive experience for everyone. Great food, a wonderful environment, and exceptional service — we truly appreciated the hospitality and will definitely be back! ☕🥗🥪

  We came to this Panera location and for 2 days Laura served us with a beautiful smile and exceptional service. This location was clean and spacious and we were able to work easily here. I highly recommend this location for great food and great service. Loved all the drink and cookie samples as well.
