  This location is super convenient for me and every time I come the service is amazing. Today Delayna was awesome and super sweet my drink was made to perfection!

  Love the people who work there! Always up beat and friendly. They also let you know about their own fav drinks! Glad I live right around the corner from them. 💯🙌🏽

  This morning I ordered a green apple smoothie and it was yum yum good. I highly recommend it to all. Service was quick and friendly.

  I ordered ahead through the app and was told my drink would be ready at 4:45. I didn’t actually receive it until 6:00. During that time, I stood outside in the cold with many other customers waiting, with little communication about what was really going on. Management seriously needs to consider proper staffing during busy times, and staff should be giving realistic wait times. Had I known the wait would be over an hour, I would have canceled my order. Ordering ahead should save time, not create a longer and more frustrating experience.

  I just got a special Holiday drink, the Candy Cane Mocha, and I am in sticker shock! This drink was supposed to have a whipped topping with candy cane sprinkles on it, but I got none of it, besides, it doesn't taste much like mocha and only a little like peppermint. The worst thing is that this drink cost me $8.25. Can you believe it! Actually, I'm horrified and probably won't be getting anything from here in the near future at this price! I just can't afford to. This was for a large drink, but it's no bigger than what Starbucks serves. This drink certainly is not worth $8.25! And then on top of it they ask you if you want to give a tip and they stick the machine in your face. I just told her if it's any good I'll tip the next time, so that won't be happening. Come on, Dutch Bros., you can do better than this! I know you can do better, as we used to vacation every summer up in Oregon and I used to love getting a mocha a couple of times during the week we were there. I looked forward to this treat once a year. Imagine my happiness when I found out you were opening a store right down the street from me! That excitement has turned into sadness because out of the 3 drinks I've tried, there only one was worthy of the Dutch Bros name😞 It used to be that the franchise owners had to work and learn up in main OR store first, for about a year, before opening a new shop, this is what I was told a few years back. I guess that doesn't happen anymore. I first went here a month after it opened and chalked it up to being new and needing to get the kinks out of the system, but now it's over 3 months and things haven't gotten better. It hurts me to post this, but it is the truth, sadly. This location definitely needs some work. I'll give you a few more months before visiting again. Let's hope it gets better because you have a lot of unhappy customers here. I also suggest that someone takes the time to actually read the reviews, as just sending the same canned answer over and over makes me think you couldn't care less what we think! jmho
