  I am writing to formally report an issue with my online order placed this morning through the app (Store Order #6C10E). I ordered hotcakes and was under the impression that syrup and butter are included as standard. During the online ordering process, I was prompted to select “extra” butter and syrup, which I did, and I was charged for two extra butter and what I believed to be extra syrup. However, my order arrived with only one syrup packet and no butter at all, despite being charged for the extras. In addition, I ordered a large cappuccino, which was not filled completely. More importantly, it was supposed to be sugar-free. As someone with diabetes, I am very familiar with the taste difference between sugar-free and regular beverages, and this drink was clearly sweetened and not sugar-free, making it unsafe for me to consume. This experience was extremely disappointing. I paid over $60 for this order and did not receive what I paid for, nor what I ordered. I am unsure whether the issue was due to the restaurant’s preparation or the delivery handling, but the result was an unacceptable customer experience. At this time, I am very dissatisfied with the service and overall quality of this order. I hope this matter can be reviewed and properly addressed. (02072026)

  I prefer this McDonalds location than any other in the neighborhood. They're fast, most accurate with your order, food quality is also better. The one time they did make a mistake and forgot an item, they were sincerely apologetic, brought me a whole new hot order with the item they forgot and didn't charge me. I will drive a few miles further just to get my food from this location.

  We like the black lady that is often at the counter, she is very nice to me and my 5 kids. Everytime I eat here the floor is being mopped and the seats are ripped up at my favorite booth. I ate a fry in the bathroom, it was sanitary. I also like the frozen yogurt place

  Bad service January 24 2026 they also give us 4 mc nuggets and we order happy meal of 6 pieces mcnugget and they give us 4 alway and please when u order ur kids happy alway check the mcnugget that it has 6 pieces thank u
