- OOOnnaDec 13, 20252.0I’ve visited this Jamba Juice location multiple times and have had repeated issues with one specific employee (named Michaela, spelling unknown) who often works the counter and has blonde highlights. Whenever she is working, I am not acknowledged when I walk in. I regularly order a parfait, and each time the waffle is cold and the parfait is not properly balanced or prepared. I don’t usually check the parfait until I get home, and when I do, I realize the issue occurs when this same employee has made it. This has happened two or three times now. Also, when I say thank you, the response is dismissive, and she walks away without engagement. I already brought this to the attention of a shift lead, as this has been a repeated issue. Because of the consistency of these experiences, I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location. I believe this employee could benefit from additional customer service training. As a paying customer, I expect basic acknowledgment, respectful service, and food prepared correctly. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Seemed as though the Jamba Juice employee knew the customer from another business in the same center and gave special treatment with cost and expedited their drinks before customers that ordered before them….. very frustrating and disappointing. Our order was additionally wrong in the best way of one of our drinks being a size bigger than ordered, but caused friction between with my kids due to unfairness of the amount of smoothie. I appreciate the woman at the front redoing the smoothie.
