  I ordered a veggie pizza from this location, but when I got home and started eating it, I realized it had meat on it. This is extremely upsetting, especially for someone who does not eat meat. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. I also contacted customer service but received no help. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

  Garbage customer service. I attempted to order and the guy keep asking me what I wanted three times. Try somewhere else.

  I ordered a Stuffed crust pizza and got a whole different order. The pizza was a pan tossed with a lot of onions and mushrooms on which I did not ordered.

  Left a bad review two years ago, tonight it was completely different. Both pizzas and 2 sides were perfectly cooked and tasted great, different staff is definitely doing better than the previous. All the pizza is hot and fresh and the sides too, for 11pm that's pretty good. Will be going back now.

  Last night I placed an order online a few minutes before midnight and then exactly at midnight after the online app told me that Jill was making my order then I received an email saying they canceled my order I have been trying to call up to the store for 2 days and nobody wants or the phone terrible customer service and they took my points for that order and they are not in my account yet and I have to wait two to five business days to get my money back on my card which is such an inconvenience due to this store being lazy and not wanting to make my order sad thing is if Jill would have just made my order and sent it or delivered it They would have been a pretty good tip involved This location needs to step up maybe the manager or supervisors here need to train either themselves or the workers below them to have better customer service skills because that was not professional at all in the email that they sent me it says to call the store if I have any questions yet my questions have not been answered and it is day two They don't answer the phone I believe the past few times I have called let alone not answering the phone They are picking it up and hanging it up on me so they don't have to hear it ring terrible service I have spent lots of money here and have ordered many nights of pizza from this store and I will not be doing it anymore I will be taking my business elsewhere and also telling all of my neighbors and followers online to do the same thing It's such a shame because they do make good pizza but I would gladly spend my money elsewhere since the customer service is terrible!!!!!
