The two at the window was so concerned about the guys work performance and who said what about him, he made my smoothie wrong. Didn't include all the flavors I asked for, didn't blend it well. I cant even drink it because all the ice balls, and on top of that! I asked for it to be parfait like, so instead of using a large cup like everyone else, he used a medium cup which didnt hold all the smoothie and he literally dumped out half of the smoothie that I paid for that was still in the blender smh. Absolutely terrible

Let that sink in, then they send promotions for you to only get bonus points on the app but you have to buy more then one drink. Not sure who's running the promotions for the company but its childish, just like the customer service you get when talking to management. Won't be going back to spend my money here.

I showed up a couple minutes early at 9:15 and was told they weren’t ready yet—fine, no issue. But then a group of guys walked up, ordered at the window, and somehow got their drinks before me. I didn’t get mine until 9:25. To make it worse, the quality was terrible. My blended Rebel was watery like it had been sitting there forever, and the banana bread chai tasted off. After spending $20, that’s pretty disappointing. I don’t understand the point of ordering ahead if people who walk up after you are prioritized. And then to be asked for a tip on top of slow service and poorly made drinks? Not a great experience at all.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
