  So today is a Thursday around 10:15 at night there was a lady with a cap brown hair white lady and than a white male glasses working .from my understanding it’s just the 2. So I get it when u have a lot of orders but not much staff . So when I came in she did not greet me at all , than she asked if I had a order I said no wanted to place one than she says with a attitude well I can’t take your order it will be about 10 mins I’m alone and than I’m like ok that’s fine than maybe when she realizes I’m not leaving she says again with a bad attitude well it’s gonna be a 30-40 minute wait , I’m like okay no problem. Than the gentle man that was there took my order but his attitude wasn’t much better. Smh more than likely will not be returning for a while bad customer service made me feel like I was a burden instead of a customer!!! So probably would not recommend this location!

  I’m not sure why dominos offers Carside delivery if there employees keep looking at you through the window but refuse to walk your food out. Literally no customers for an excuse, just young inexperienced, disingenuous teens. I’m done gambling on dominos keeping their word.

  I recently visited Domino's Pizza at the Alberta Road branch, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, I greeted the staff, and one employee welcomed me, but the overall service quickly went downhill. When I gave my name for the order, the employee assisting me appeared unhappy and unfriendly. After I said “thank you,” there was no response, and he simply turned away. The most concerning issue happened when I checked my pizza. There was a black, squishy receipt paper placed right in the center of the pizza. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one responded at first. Eventually, I was directed to a woman who apologized, but she couldn’t explain what had happened or address my concerns about the employee (I was told his name was Gary). Because I didn’t feel comfortable with how the food was handled, I had to throw the pizza away and order another one elsewhere for my staff. This was a very upsetting experience. I expected better service and basic food safety standards. I will be contacting corporate regarding this issue

  People are always nice, but my pizza is always wrong. Not just once.
