- XXxxjennevaxx2 days ago1.0I was just inside your store Antelope Rd. I was served by a girl that had extremely long fake nails and was not using gloves. She had just helped someone else at the register so I was surprised when she didnt put gloves on or wash becauseher hands were visibly dirty. I cked everyone else and they all were wearing gloves. After taking my cash and giving me change she went rt on to help the next person still no hand washing or putting gloves on. Food Service 101 I am extremely grossed out and immediately threw my drink out without drinking it because I didnt want to make a confrontation. I will not visit again due to the hygiene here. Finger nails are the most dirty part of a person's body and she can be passing a number of things to the open containers of ice cream which also go to others.

I asked for 2 samples of 2 different flavors and she immediately said "I can only do one" with such attitude. As if I was standing there alone and not with 2 children. I wanted to sample one flavor and my daughter wanted to try the other one. I started going here more often because its really close to where I moved to but I will make the extra drive and keep going to my usual location on Elkhorn Blvd, they have the really good service there. DO BETTER.

Found the library closed for renovations so I called up to the Starbucks and heard they were crowded. Made a last minute swerve to Baskin Robbins instead of the coffee chain and ordered a double scoop pistachio in a sprinkle cone. Was second in line immediately and had my choice of seating in the lobby. Much better experience than the last BR I visited (in the Bronx). The employees there acted like the order came directly out of their life savings. I’d return here in the future.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
