  Food has seriously gone down hill recently but I'm sure that's corporate changes not due to staff. Staff is usually very friendly and nice. Dinning room is generally empty when I go there but most people just use drive through. I've generally only been inside when I'm not given enough sauce packs.

  Tonight while doordashing.. I had the rudest ignorant little boy at the register completely ignore me and another customer.. its Saturday more night staff would be appreciated especially on a football night. The attitude i received and felt from this employee and others were totally rude.

  No one was at the counter so it felt empty. We ordered on the computer but or order took 20 minutes because of the drive thru line. I went up the counter and had ask one of the food preppers if our order was close and they said we were next. Another 5 minutes and our food came.....had to ask for our paid for drink and hot sauce. They are understaffed and the manager does not have a clue and is rude. Not going back!!!
