  I made an order two orders actually be on my app. And of course you know the app. Let me hear. I come to pick up the order and the places closed. What is going on Everywhere. It says that it’s open. The stupid up sent me here and nothing. Very frustrating. Irritating I am late to work, have no lunch for me or my coworkers Thank you subway! Unbelievable inconsiderate people. The place looks deserted. I have no way of getting my refund because the app is just Useless for that. If you’re going to be off work, then NOTIFY THE APP OR SHUT IT OFF! That way we don’t waste out time and money.

  I visited your subway on Euclid Street in Anaheim. Note your ad states $6.99 subway sandwich special. Why do you send me emails. I have screenshot of several emails. The issue is you don't honor the discount price. Have been to 2 other locations same thing. Can not buy from subway anymore. Don't send me an Automated A1 response either. In today's economy you should run off customers.

  Do not do an online order from here! The person who put together mine knew they didn't have the right ingredients and either subbed (barely toasted white or wheat bread only, no pepper jack cheese, no orange juice) or skipped items. It also seemed like there was less meat than usual. Annoying and what a waste of time! She neglected to let me know ahead before putting it together or when I picked it up, so I drove there and back before I realized it was wrong! Bad customer service and no apology.
