- MDMike Delucca3 days ago5.0Great experience for your kids to meet disney cast characters. They will come right up to your table. They will spend time with your kids. Take pictures and autographs. The quality of the food for a buffet style restaurant was outstanding. All of the staff that works here was friendly and had great customer service. This place does get busy.I recommend getting reservations.

Character interactions were so brief they were practically drive-bys — blink and you missed them. The room was chaotic and messy, service felt rushed and disorganized, and the food was surprisingly low quality for the price. For what should have been a special Easter meal, it felt more like standing in line at a theme park food court. All this for $400 for a family of four, go to Golden Corral and get better. Save your money, save your time, and skip it.

Plenty of different food options and the head chef will cater to your individual needs(allergies) if noted during reservation or at check in sometimes. DO MIND- it can take up to 90 minutes to meet all of the characters on a busy day. It took us a little less because it was less crowded. Overall very happy and it was definitely worth the price!
- JJJudiMar 10, 20264.0I’ve been here before. For the price, I would expect to see characters more visible. Sometimes, they were not visible. Disney music overhead. I think also, a celebrated birthday should include a character when singing Happy Birthday. Anticlimactic overall. It’s Storybook so Pinnnochio and Jepetto and maybe Peter Pan or Alice in Wonderland.
