  I’m really disappointed with how our evening turned out. My wife and I came in expecting a nice night, especially since we booked the $64 per person package, but the experience fell well below expectations. During the meal, I found onion skin in my food, which is something that should never be served. Beyond being unpleasant, it raised concerns about hygiene and food preparation standards in the kitchen. It showed a lack of care and attention to detail, and immediately put a damper on the experience. When we raised the issue, the response from the manager was disappointing. There was no real accountability or genuine effort to make things right, which made the situation worse. To make matters more confusing, we were only charged $19 for my wife’s meal in the end, despite originally booking the $64 each package. While the reduced charge might seem like a partial fix, it wasn’t clearly explained or handled properly, and by that point the evening was already ruined. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. What should have been a nice night out with my wife turned into a disappointing one due to poor quality control, hygiene concerns, and lack of proper customer service. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and improves both its food standards and how it handles customer issues moving forward.

  Such a fun place! When you get there, ask for Caleb to be your server! He was so funny! He was fun, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience!

  Checked in 20 minutes early for our reservation. We’re seated over one hour past our reservation. Chairs are painfully uncomfortable. Service was terrible. Food was not good No appetizers on menu. Stay away. Awful in every way possible.

  I love Disney and have an annual pass, and so I am biased toward giving high marks too much of what Disney does. River Belle Is one of the better restaurants within the Disneyland park, and it is also one of the only restaurants where you can get table service. So that makes it a great choice in many ways. Nevertheless, Disney could up its game a little bit at River Belle. For example, I ordered blackened fish and the menu does not state that it is blackened salmon, and if it did, I would not have gotten it because I’m not a big fan of salmon. My bad. Still, it was that’s mushy sort of salmon. Delicious potato chips, by the way. Plus the chicken dish that I saw on other tables looks delicious. That said I prefer to get it from the Plaza restaurant on Main Street, which has the best fried chicken on the planet! The tables are sort of put together in a cafeteria style, so it doesn’t exactly fit the menu prices. My table felt as if it was dangling in the middle of the room with a lot of space all around me. Yes, I’m grateful for the extra space, but I felt like I was sitting out in the open. By the way on a warm day in the high 70s, the restaurant was freezing and I did not have a jacket obviously and so I was freezing the whole time in the early evening. The staff is friendly as she would expect at Disney so I will give the staff high marks. Well deserved Given the challenge, they have of serving such a high volume of people. I will keep going back to the River Belle, Because it still has a number of good items on there And it is tough to find table service within the park.
