  So we made an order and instead of the store employee fixing the issues she wanted me to call corporate which I did! Also calling the bank as your guys website is committing fraud! If you don’t sell stuffed crust medium pizzas then why is there an option to buy one? Really your company could have just refunded me back my 11 bucks but since you all want to be rude and make a point here make your point valid! I don’t know anyone who would order food and when it comes wrong be okay with given your company free money! So now I would like a full refund and you guys can come pick up your food took my kids somewhere else with great customer service. People don’t buy for this papa John’s because they are not concerned about stealing from customers! Be warned!

  I ordered from Uber Eats and they didn’t even provide a safe secure bag for my food at all the delivery guy handed me my food without any bag or sticker to safely secure my food smh no good at all don’t recommend

  Online order paid for pizza, got it home wrong pizza not my order when contacted about the mistake placed on hold while management never answered or apologized offered to make the order I bought. Horrible way to treat someone who made a purchase. Avoid this location unacceptable way to do business.

  I called Papa John’s to place an order, and the employee on the phone was extremely rude from the start. Instead of being helpful, they spoke to me with an attitude and acted like I was bothering them for asking simple questions about the prices. When I said the pizza was more expensive than I expected, they laughed, hung up on me, and then called back just to insult me by saying I was broke. The whole experience was embarrassing and disrespectful, and it made me feel like customers aren’t treated with basic kindness or professionalism.After the call ended, the situation got even worse when the employee threatened to post my phone number publicly. They said they could “expose” me online, which felt scary and completely inappropriate for anyone, especially someone representing a business. That kind of threat crossed a serious line and made me feel unsafe, not just disrespected. No customer should ever have to worry about their privacy being violated over something as simple as asking about prices.
