- ICIran CastanedaFeb 28, 20262.0I truly loved the ambiance, the wine selection, and the overall vibe of this spot. Everything about the experience was beautiful and thoughtfully curated. Unfortunately, our interaction with one of the staff members left us feeling uncomfortable. We were initially overcharged, and when we politely asked for clarification, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful. It made what should have been a simple correction feel awkward. I still think this place has great potential, but I hope management ensures guests feel welcomed and respected throughout the entire experience. Leaving we were cheerfully saying bye. As we were leaving, we made a point to thank her and wish her a good evening. The response felt noticeably restrained, which left us feeling a bit unwelcome.

We have been wine club members since 2021 and have had multiple private events at this location. The staff is always friendly and accomodating, and there is a great variety of wine to suit many palates. If you are in the area and looking for good wine and a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend visiting Pali Wine.
