  I have been to numerous McDonald’s and the McDonald’s workers at this location should not be in customer service. They are not respectful nor kind. I myself work in the food industry and the service at this location is just disgusting. They ignore you when you ask for help. I had ordered a regular Big Mac with no onions, extra pickles in the drive thru. A simple order, however, they managed to mess it up and as I went back to let them know, they blamed me. The person who took my orders name was Aleena or however you spell it. When I went back inside to let them know my order, they were acting as if I was the dumb one. They did not give me a new sandwich, they just proceeded to keep adding to the burger. And since when does a Big Mac come with ketchup or mustard. I think the people need to do better at this location and take some hospitality classes. Better yet, they should know what they’re selling. What a waste of money and time. Do not come to this location.

  I came for breakfast and the boy running the front end doesn’t know how to be courteous and greet people. Was not able to handle being alone up front. Of course he didn’t have a name tag on so I can’t name the boy, young cocky and not wise. Below is a receipt from the time of purchase. If I had a choice I would prefer not go back to this location for any reason, but I work for a delivery service and they sometimes give me orders for this location. The mark for service is too high because of one weak worker. If I could give it a minus 5 I would.

  El peor McDonald’s al que he asistido, la atención es la peor, son súper groseros, entregan las órdenes mal, hacen todo de mala gana, el PEORRRRRRRRR LUGAR de Anaheim, no dan servilletas y pides y dan solo dos servilletas para 3 personas, horrible este lugar

  Muy mal, vine con mi mamá y mi hermano para comprarnos algo. Nos quedamos todo el rato hay parado esperando a que alguien nos sirva y nadie llego para servirnos. Nos arruinó el dia

  Me and my fiancé usually come here often since we leave in the neighborhood down the road. I want to say we definitely come more late at night on average because he works nights and we sometimes don’t get a chance for dinner. something i’ve noticed is, the service and quality of food definitely depend on the crew members working that day. Today, we went around 2am, this location recently just became 24 hours as well but our food was old and gross. you could taste the old oil within the nuggets and the fries were so stale. We waited about 10 minutes but for what lol. I don’t know I just feel like EVERY chain restaurant should be up to par on service and quality especially when it’s the same thing serviced, everyday, 24/7!
