  I ordered my meal without pickles, but it was served with pickles anyway. After that, we had to wait another 15 minutes for our order, which felt quite long. Overall, the service here was not great and could definitely be improved.

  I recently visited this location and attempted to pay with EBT, but the process required a manager to come over and manually unlock the register before the payment could go through. This caused an unnecessary delay and drew attention to what should otherwise be a routine, private transaction. It created an uncomfortable situation for me and the person I was with, making the experience feel more complicated and inconvenient than it needed to be. I understand there may be policies behind this, but from a customer perspective, it doesn’t feel consistent with how other forms of payment are handled. I hope the store can find a way to streamline this process in the future to avoid putting customers in this position. On top of that, the sweet tea I ordered wasn’t sweet at all—it tasted off and didn’t meet expectations. Given the inconvenience and discomfort caused during this visit, I would appreciate the store making it right in some way—perhaps by offering a small gesture like a complimentary item on a future visit

  This is a sign that the APOCALYPSE is upon us! I go in and stand at the "OLD" place to order, but it is kind of filled with advertising cardboard! So I hear a worker say to someone else, "Are you paying cash?" So I follow the voice . . . when that man is done, I tell the girl: ""I want 2 fish sandwiches with extra sauce!" Less that 4 seconds to say, Right!? I also tell her how do I do that on the machine!? But in reality, that's why I ordered extra sauce, to get fresh food and because I WILL NOT use the kiosks! From her station she is able to reach over and do the kiosk, and she starts telling me how to do it! Guess how long it took her to get the printed receipt from the kiosk! I don't know the time, but it was WAY, WAY longer than the 4 seconds it took to simply tell her my order! And in probably less time it took to type the order on the kiosk, my number was called! YEP, and I'm 🚫 lying! Now for the food: the fish sandwiches tasted just like they did way back in the 70s . . . OUTSTANDING!!! But they need to call them SLIDERS now --- because they are DEFINITELY NOT a 🥪! And $6.40 for two on Fridays is still kinda high for the diminutive little bites! Since I grew up as MICKEY D's being a TREAT, that is probably how it will remain . . . especially when you have to beg someone to take your order! NO --- I'll pass!

  This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to at any time of day. And there's no one to take your order inside but the machines which don't show all the deals.. I can help if you positions are open.
