  When seated we were handed the wrong menus. After we had picked out what we wanted, the hostess brought different menus that pertained to the dinner package and show we had purchased. At check-in, online and with the person downstairs, I made it very clear we were celebrating a 4th birthday. At no time during dinner did his birthday get acknowledged. We had a 2 year old and a 4 year old. They were ready to get going so I had asked for boxes, dessert, and the check. I had to ask 3 times and over 45 minutes for those things to come. Finally, dessert came and still no birthday celebration for my nephew. Service was slow, they gave the wrong menus, they omitted a birthday, and they added a 22% tip to the bill automatically. With the service we got, I would not have left 22%! The bill was over $600 for 6 adults and 2 children, and no birthday.

  We waited an hour over our reservation time and just got excuse after excuse why our table wasn't ready. FINALLY got a manager Christian to get us a table. Sat down... waited & waited..no waiter ever came, we just finally left No one even approached or greeted us. This place really sucks..what a horrible experience you gave us. I know Disney could careless...their too busy collecting the loot from everyone.. every way possible, to even care at all.

  Very nice ambiance and a break from the crowds. Nice selection of food and beverages that are NOT theme park foods. We enjoyed a couple beers, the meat and cheese tray and the focacia bread. Wished for a little more meat and cheese, pretty small portion for two to share -1 star. The views are beautiful if you are fortunate enough to sit at a high top at the edge of the balcony which we were. Service was a little slow checking for beverage refills even though they were not very busy. -1 star. I would definitely return.

  I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was bad from the start, and our server Michael had a rude attitude from beginning to end. The food quality was awful – my chicken was served undercooked, with visibly raw parts, and I ended up with stomach pain all night after eating it. I reported this to the park and filed a complaint, but nothing was done about it. This felt unsafe and unprofessional, and I would not recommend eating here.
