  I ordered ahead through the mobile app and was quoted a 45-minute wait, which seemed reasonable. However, when I arrived, there was a long, disorganized line with no clear system for mobile order pickups. It completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead, and I ended up waiting well past the scheduled time. To make matters worse, the app doesn’t allow for basic customization. I ordered a boba drink and wanted no ice, but there was no option to request that. When I asked in person, I was told it wasn’t possible. The manager even came over and said they strictly follow recipes and couldn’t make that change. That was frustrating, especially for something as simple as removing ice. The food and drink were okay, but the overall experience was disappointing. Between the long wait, lack of organization, and no flexibility with orders, it didn’t feel like the convenience of mobile ordering was there at all.

  The food was awful, we through it out because it was so bad, the pot stickers were hard and not steamed properly

  We all know that amusement park food is not the best. But in this case, this place has the driest rice, the portion is super small The teriyaki bowl taste like egg and there's no egg Witch is pretty nasty. Second of all, they don't give you any soy sauce.You have to ask for it once They give you one little small little package, and you have to begg for more.Which I don't think is fair because the food obviously is not that cheap.Honestly, I don't recommend this place at all!!!!

  I got the kid rice bowl meal because I I eat like a kid lol. Not bad for $9 with drink.

  The birria Ramen was so nasty and my egg was cold the cheese tasted like barf and I had to wait for so many orders that came after me to pick theirs up before mine
