Great atmosphere but we were sat in a corner where the AC hit us directly and we were freezing. 3 of the 5 characters came to the table. I didn't like the $60 gratuity the added to the bill though. Group of 4 and ended up paying close to $400 when the reservation said it would be approximately $240.

If you are a toddler parent spending $5k to go to Disneyland, this place will sting. The $69 per person advertised is not the correct amount. Dinner for 3 people was $350. I got up from the table to get a photo with goofy and my daughter, and the bussers took my plate. I had brought $700 cash that was supposed to last me the whole trip. This was night 1 and 50% of my stack was now gone. My 2 year old had to wait 27 mins at our table for Mickey Mouse. Nowhere to play while waiting. Very stressful experience The food was good! And the servers were nice. They are trained to take plates way too soon. You have to walk through a crowd to get a 2nd plate I am a Las Vegas native and local and any buffet that charged $350 for family of 3 would go out of business. I put off my mortgage until this trip was over. Sickening

I never leave reviews but I feel like I was mislead on what to expect at this location. For the price I was thinking it would have been a nicer buffet. You’re essentially paying $70 a person for Mickey shaped pancakes. It was equivalent to a holiday inn breakfast bar. Our waiter was rude and seemed irritated with us just asking for glasses of water. And you automatically have to tip at least 18% which I rarely ever think would be an issue but for him just bringing us some waters and coffee and seeming like we were bothering him just rubbed me the wrong way. I expected more of an experience. The characters come and go so fast and people are up getting food so it was hard to get pictures as a whole group. There are tons of tables and you’re so close to the table next to you. Just very disappointed and could have easily gone to a different place for the price we paid. If your thinking of doing Disney or just doing a brunch for Disney fun; it’s not worth it in my opinion, The price of the tickets vs the brunch today was why we decided to do the brunch hoping just to do something Disney but the characters in the park is a way better experience and wish we would have just bought the tickets or waited another day for Disney.

The Hispanic female receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude, she had a negative demeanor our whole visit. Apart from some misinformation on our part, my husband apologized to her and she rolled her eyes. Not the happy experience we expected, especially for the price. Anyway, I asked to speak to the manager and again, I was treated like I was such a bother. The Manager didn't care to listen when I told him his receptionist has a negative demeanor, and mugged me on my way to the bathroom. Not once did he apologize. Instead I had to gentle parent him because he looked annoyed to have a conversation with me. At least I wasted his time, and I will not be recommending this place, your money will be well spent anywhere else.

My daughter has severe food allergies which were presented when we arrived. She didn’t feel comfortable with the chef’s poor understanding of her needs and was uncomfortable eating. She was then confronted by the manager to basically eat something or get charged to sit there anyway. She felt forced to say yes even though uncomfortable and didn’t want to get kicked out because she was with her friend. So we ended up paying $160 for an iced tea, lemonade, some forced large plates of food that the restaurant insisted on and she barely picked at, and some processed prepackaged cookies. Don’t waste your time - especially if you have food allergies. Head to Orlando where they are much more empathetic and understanding.
