  We ordered the chicken and waffles. First, I mobile ordered it and it took almost 30 minutes from when I clicked on I’m here prepare my order. When we finally got it the waffle was great, but the chicken was absolutely awful. After we cut into it it looked like chicken “parts”. I thought it was just mine, but when I looked at my daughter’s hers looked even worse than mine. I used to love the turkey dinner here but they took it away. The other food might be good, but definitely don’t order the chicken and waffles. I retuned food for the first time at Disney.

  I had a situation occure there just yesterday around lunch time when a service member behind the counter by the name Maria was extremely aggressive and rude with no care at all for her action towards guest especially infront of my 8 year old daughter. But fortunately I was able to talk to the Manager Queen in which her way and of handling the occurrence was Royalty just as her name QUEEN. I cant thank you enough for helping me and assessing the importance of the issue that took place and correcting it. Your amazing and need some recognition for assisting me and hearing out my concern Thank You again MANAGER QUEEN.

  The food was pretty lackluster park food. It wasn’t horrible, but even Red Robin would have been better. The chicken strips were kind of tough. My husband did not like the buffalo strips. The salad was actually the best part. The dressing was good and it was nice to have some flavor. I recommend mobile order. The one staff lady was grumpy and rolled her eyes when I wanted water cups. They did have a self service condiment station which was nice and it was air conditioned and themed well. The music was a bit loud though.

  I had the big dipper cheeseburger. The burger was pretty disappointing and the patty felt like school cafeteria food. The cheese sauce had a nice little kick and was the redeeming part of this dish. Ifelt like the toppings on the burger were lacking and could have used more. The fries were also on par with cafeteria food. The staff was great though and the place had a fun 50s cafeteria vibe.
