  We’ve been customers at Fleming’s for a while, but today’s visit truly stood out. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Roger, who went above and beyond to make our experience extra special. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday—her first time there—and he made sure she received the full experience from start to finish. His attention to detail and genuine care really made our day unforgettable. This is exactly what great customer service should look like. Way to go, Roger! Way to go Todd and and Chris as well for making this amazing

  Celebrated wife's birthday and had a really great experience. Service was amazing and food was so so good. For high end dining, it is still worth the price.

  Shucjed Oysters were not good. They did however comp them and brought me some calamari in it's place. They were sweet, but, delicious. Service here, I have to say, was excellent from top to bottom. Men's bathroom was not very clean either.

  The food was good. The staff were very friendly and service was expedient and well coordinated. I didn't see any vegetarian options and sides are a separate charge but feed 2-3.

  My wife and I had a fantastic evening at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse celebrating her birthday. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was exceptional. Andy took great care of us throughout the evening. He was incredibly informative, explaining the menu, the restaurant, and even some of the history behind Fleming’s. His demeanor was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The level of customer service he provided was truly outstanding. He even took pictures for us so we could capture the special occasion. The food was delicious. I ordered the bone-in ribeye, which was absolutely exceptional. My wife ordered the Australian Wagyu. It came out tasting great but was a little cooler than my steak. Roger came over, was very engaging, and made sure everything was taken care of. They warmed the steak for her and she continued enjoying her meal. The sides were excellent as well — we had the Brussels sprouts and the creamed corn, both of which were outstanding. The wine selection, the atmosphere, and the overall environment made the evening feel special. At the end of the meal, we were already reflecting on how wonderful the experience had been — great food, great pictures, and a memorable birthday celebration. Then Andy surprised us by letting us know they had taken my wife’s steak off the bill. We were genuinely blown away by the kindness and generosity. We also recognize that gestures like this are the exception, not the rule, and we are very grateful for the thoughtfulness. My wife was a little disappointed initially but was still content with her meal, and the way the team handled everything made us feel truly cared for. We also appreciated Roger stopping by and engaging with us, and Luke, who assisted briefly, was extremely pleasant as well. The host who welcomed us and helped set up our table for my wife’s birthday did a wonderful job too.
