- CTCharles Leon ThompsonOct 25, 20255.0We were very frustrated as our reservation was at 6:30 and we were not seated until 7:20, messing up all our evening lightning lanes, etc. However, manager RJ understood, comped us a bit, told us to relax, take our time, and enjoy our meal - food was great, savory, and hit the spot - walked us to our first missed ride that was close to the restaurant and got us on that ride quickly, and called ahead to our next ride over in Disneyland to make sure we could get through that faster too. It was a great rebound, and we appreciate RJ for his understanding and effort. He's a pro!
