I recently had a meal here and it was subpar. We had a reservation set and yet it still took a while to check in, it’s not that big of a deal, but it could’ve been better. Another issue I had was with the atmosphere of the restaurant, there was inside and outside seating, we sat outside and we saw roaches. While I understand that it’s outside and bound to happen, seeing a roach crawl into the wall while you eat is a little concerning. The food that we had was mediocre. While understand it was a later reservation, I think that they could’ve still done better. We had the short rib Marsala which was subpar, it was concerning tough and dry to eat. When I was trying to cut it for something that should easily fall apart, I was scrapping the hell out of it with my fork to get some pieces. Even the man behind us had to complain to the server about the short rib, talking about how tough it was to eat. The veggies were also quite salty. The chicken Parmesan was good and juicy, it contained a lot of flavour and was probably the best thing on the menu for us. The shrimp Alfredo was a fun little surprise as it had a little kick to it, the shrimp was good though. The pull apart cheese bread was alright, I thought the pesto was a good addition. Overall, I thought that the food was subpar for the prices. I mean the short rib was 38 dollars and I’m sorry but at that price, it should’ve been better. I was highly disappointed in this restaurant and maybe my expectations were too high and im a short rib snob, but yikes. I wanted it to be better and it just wasn’t. It even lowkey brought me into tears when I went to the restroom after. I mean the corn dog that I had after this meal was way better, a lot cheaper, and actually satisfied my hunger.

Starting with front desk ,, wow 7 hostess up front and neither one knows how to handle crowds, we were a party of 5 waited for more than 30 min , without acknowledging what groups arrived before they all teenagers and obviously wont putt effort on what they do, they dont know how to accommodate a party of 5 but parties of 6 and more they seat them easily n before a party of 5 saying they were there before wich I didn’t move from front once i gave my info ℹ️, and those big parties arrived way after me , and you can’t remind them your name because they will give you attitude,
Food was good and Cris our server saved the day by apologizing fo delays and he called them mistakes

Pleasantly surprised. I was disappointed that the World of Color package was so costly and cut out several of the dishes, but I did get to try new things. They were great! What sucked though was being placed next to the door on a rainy day. It was freezing.

Such a disappointment. I came here after it was recommended for any allergy accommodation and it was the worst experience in the park. We booked the reservation hours in advance, detailing the 2 allergies for our party, weren’t given the correct allergy menus, after confirming the allergies w the server, she brought our drinks with straws and then when ordering our food and confirming again we need everything accommodating the allergies, including gluten, she explained the paper straws had gluten which we already used. She never apologized, no discounts given, despite it being obviously a big deal. I’m so disappointed and now have to deal with the impact of a negligent known error. I wouldn’t trust this place again for anyone with celiac.
