  I went through the drive through and I noticed on my app that it said "remove beef" for the two loaded potatoes I ordered. There was some kind of malfunction when I placed my order (a few seconds before going in the drive through) as I put one loaded potato with no beef and one with no beef substitute black beans. I said "hello, I placed an order for Mich" he said "okay pull to the window" and I said "sorry, just to confirm, I saw on the app it says remove beef and I wanted to confirm one is no beef and the other is no beef sub beans?" And he said "no it says remove beef for both" I said "okay, is it possible to do one sub for beans? If not, it's ok" and the associate said "I will do it but next time you need to place your order right. We are loosing beans for your order. So next time make sure to place your order right." And there was a long pause between us and I say okay... I received my order from the drive through at 11:11pm on 01/17/26 by a hispanic lady with light brown or auburn hair. When giving me my order, she just opened the window and handed us the bag aggressively and immediately closed the window before we could even complete our "thank you" both associates in question attached.

  This place is around the corner from my house, it is so unfortunate that their customer service is not as good as when I myself was young and did train and work for one this rest. They barely gave attention to our order as person had to serve drive through customers. We also had to request napkins as not enough was given. Additionally this is second time for me and or 3rd for older person that has EBT and they still have another been able to take her card because they said the machine or computer for ebt was not working this time they said " we dont have Internet" I personally feel they are neglecting the customers in this area, the soda slefe serve was also not working and was covered. There is much needed training for workers to stick to their work areas and counter cashiers to stay away from handling food as that's what I feel was the case this visit.

  Costumer service was super bad and the manager was super rude. I got one of their mango peach agua refresca and it was too watery as if they barely put any syrup in it. So I ask if they can add another pump of syrup he said no and that I have to pay and I agreed. But then he changed his words and he said if I want I can pay another one.
