- CGCharles Gutierrez3 days ago2.0This place is around the corner from my house, it is so unfortunate that their customer service is not as good as when I myself was young and did train and work for one this rest. They barely gave attention to our order as person had to serve drive through customers. We also had to request napkins as not enough was given. Additionally this is second time for me and or 3rd for older person that has EBT and they still have another been able to take her card because they said the machine or computer for ebt was not working this time they said " we dont have Internet" I personally feel they are neglecting the customers in this area, the soda slefe serve was also not working and was covered. There is much needed training for workers to stick to their work areas and counter cashiers to stay away from handling food as that's what I feel was the case this visit.

So I ask if they can add another pump of syrup he said no and that I have to pay and I agreed. But then he changed his words and he said if I want I can pay another one.

No special atmosphere - decent average Taco Bell. Unfortunately there was a member of the homeless community hanging outside asking people coming in and out for food, a light for a cigarette and spare change - it would have been beneficial if store management or team members had asked this person to move on in their journey as they weren't buying anything and they were begging from people going in and out.
