One worker was quick to tell me that the slush machine was out of order explaining why there was no drink, another said no one was on the machine, a third tired from their co-workers excuses got me my drink. I asked for the restroom key, they gave it to me. I went to punch it in but there was someone in the restroom, the key didn't work on the other door.. I asked them if I could have the other key, they said nope, it's an employee washroom.. don't they have one in the back? It's been 20 minutes, my meal is done and I'm still waiting for the restroom key. Next time I'm thinking Arby's Edit: as I'm leaving, I'm just glad that I got my food before the person making it went to the staff bathroom with their apron
