When I'm finally about to pay she tells me they don't take gift cards because they're store was broken into the day before I asked her okay can I place it as an online order. She stated no. Informed her why didn't she say anything prior to me waiting, her exact words were well I didn't know you were going to pay with a gift card. I'm sorry but customer service you should greet and inform all your customers as they walk in if your having any technical issues in taking card or gift cards prior to having them wait. This play is so unprofessional and they need proper training for their employees.
