- AAAileenNov 4, 20251.0Do not do an online order from here! The person who put together mine knew they didn't have the right ingredients and either subbed (barely toasted white or wheat bread only, no pepper jack cheese, no orange juice) or skipped items. It also seemed like there was less meat than usual. Annoying and what a waste of time! She neglected to let me know ahead before putting it together or when I picked it up, so I drove there and back before I realized it was wrong! Bad customer service and no apology.

Staff said they don't honor them here. So that is my last time I go to subway. I can go to Jimmy John's or Quiznos .
