They said they handed it off to a DoorDash driver and it was out of their hands. I’m not sure why it was my responsibility to reach out to DoorDash when I didn’t select that as a delivery option on Pizza Hut’s website, nor did the order confirmation provide any way to contact the driver or DoorDash. The driver finally arrive another half hour later with a cold pizza. Pizza Hut support refunded me my money, but they can’t refund the time I wasted ordering from them.
