    I had an extremely frustrating experience with Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza and wings along with ranch and crushed red pepper. When the delivery arrived, I received only the pizza and wings. Everything else was missing. I immediately called to get the issue resolved and was told that the only solution was for me to place a brand-new order. I explained that I was willing to reorder the missing items, but I should not have to pay another delivery fee since the mistake was not mine. They refused. I spoke with someone named Elizabeth Rosa, who said she was the manager, and she told me there was nothing she could do. No refund, no credit, no redelivery without charging me again. This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again.

    I came in, had a lot of questions and the young man at the front was so very kind with me during the whole order. I was so thankful for the experience and the food was delicious. This place goes above and beyond. Thank you so much.

    I ordered a personal pizza and some wings. I think they may have given my order away because I had to come back but they were very nice about it. And I understand things happen. Over all they were pretty polite.
