When the delivery arrived, I received only the pizza and wings. Everything else was missing. I immediately called to get the issue resolved and was told that the only solution was for me to place a brand-new order. I explained that I was willing to reorder the missing items, but I should not have to pay another delivery fee since the mistake was not mine. They refused. I spoke with someone named Elizabeth Rosa, who said she was the manager, and she told me there was nothing she could do. No refund, no credit, no redelivery without charging me again. This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again.
