If I could give this place no stars, I absolutely would. I’ve been thinking about this experience for two weeks now because the staff was shockingly rude. From the people checking guests in, to the person seating us, to the server taking orders.
We waited in line for about 20–30 minutes and were finally seated in a booth. When the server arrived, I politely asked if we could move to the bar instead. He responded with, “Oh, you don’t want me?” and raised his hand at me while I was still speaking. I thought he was joking, so I followed him, assuming he was taking us to the bar. Instead, he abruptly turned around and said, “You need to go outside and ask for a different table.” I was floored.
I went back outside and asked if we could be seated near the bar. The host rolled her eyes at me and, with attitude, told me to “stand over there” until she called us. Eventually, we were taken to the bar. When I approached to order a drink, a family of three with a child was standing there. They had already gotten their drinks and stepped aside, so I moved forward. A staff member then tapped my shoulder and told us we needed to stand behind that family. I explained that no one had told us that, and asked how we were supposed to order. The staff member just glared at me and walked away.
The family even apologized and joked kindly about us taking their tiny space because they couldn’t believe they’d been made to stand at the bar with their child while we had been seated at a booth earlier. As we waited, we were repeatedly and rudely told to move out of the way. No servers seemed remotely interested in taking our order. When one finally approached, I asked for a menu, and he scoffed and pointed toward the counter: “It’s right there,” as if I was ridiculous for not knowing.
At that point, my friends and I decided we were done. We left without ordering anything as I was not in the mood to lower myself to their level and go off. We had wasted 45 minutes to an hour and were met with rude behavior at every turn. It was genuinely one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.
The magic of Disney and kindness of cast members has extremely crumbled.

If I could give this zero stars I would.. the cast is SO RUDE. They seem bothered by anything you ask them. Idk if that’s their thing as far as that’s how their character is. But the audacity these people have in the way they speak to you is astounding.

This place is a VIBE! 2 drink limit per person with a great variety of beers, wines, and cocktails. There are also some small bites you can order. You definitely feel like you’re at a dive bar in Star Wars with the music pumping near a robot DJ. We ordered some pretzels with hot cheese to share and each enjoyed a bourbon smash styled specialty cocktail. It’s definitely worth the wait to get in, just keep in mind they really do cram as many people in as they can into the space so you will likely be sharing a table with strangers. Not a big deal for me at all but just something I thought I’d mention.

Horrible experience at this bar. They are really strict. The drinks are overpriced and are mostly juice. You are only allowed 2. You aren't allowed to move from your table. Waited for 30 mins for a beer. And they make u sit with strangers.
