- KLKrista Hackley, LMT1 day ago1.0I came to the front door and it was locked at almost 5:30 a.m. and it said to ring the bell for delivery drivers and I stood there and I stood there and no one showed up so I went through the drive-thru line and employee tells me I have to go ring the doorbell which I already did and no one came out! Get it together McDonald's. You're the only store in all of California and Arizona I have experienced this nonsense. I'm just sitting here in your drive-thru line waiting to get through with other drivers ahead of me yet your employees can't just stick the order out the window for your Uber delivery customer like every other McDonald's does. Amazing and terrible customer service.

The employees always have an attitude. If they miss an item on your order when they bring it out to you and you walk inside to let them know, they will argue and say they know for a fact they put it in the bag. It all starts with leadership though, when the manager is unprofessional, the employees will see it as acceptable behavior. ✌️
