  Said they could only give me ONE sauce for THREE LARGE FRIES. That I had to pay extra for any more sauces. 25 cents each sauce. Why?! If it’s really limited then it should at least be one sauce a fry. So ridiculous. They used to be so generous with sauces. Y’all make billions, why can’t you be generous with sauces?

  One of the worst McDonald's to stop and eat at; the floor is sticky and the tables seem to be cleaned only once a day, plus some of the speakers make annoying noises.

  This was by far the worst visit to this location ever. I went in to go order food but being today being laundry day i had to get some quarters too. I was going to go in and order food but i wanted to make sure they could get the quarters i needed so i knew if i needed t just pay with card if they couldn't do it. After being met by the front desk attendant after 10 mins of sitting there trying to get someone's attention about my question she asked w3hat i needed and i said first i wanted to know if i could get change for 3$ of quarters. She was polite and went to go ask and when she got back after i watched the interaction with her manager ad he very obviously snapped a response at her, she told me he was sadly too busy. So i went to go get my card but after seeing how the manager interacted with the employee i had lost my appetite and went in to go talk to a manager about it. As he approaches me he states, "I'm too busy its filet o fish friday and were not a bank.".... Wow thats some customer service right there. i asked and said really too busy to just get 3 in change as i order? No were not a bank and we cant just give out keys to employees.... Well I know your not supposed top but i know you do as i go here a lot and have seen managers do it, have worked there and had managers do it. like yea not supposed to but you all do, its change for a customer who you know have turned off your food and location for the remainder of my stay in Anaheim. Seeing as i just moved here I will be sure to tell others not to go to this location after seeing how people are taken care of.

  Service was slow inside. Every McDonalds (except for one on Beach ) always just focuses on their numbers and drive-thru. It had a strange smell inside. It smelled like old mop water. Mocha Frappuccino still had chunks of ice. Fires were alright.

  Went through drive thru and got a soda and a coffee, the coffee tastes like rotten milk and they kept giving me a hard time on the fact that they gave me Diet Coke when I asked for Regular Coke, so they gave me Dr Pepper that was flat as hell, I took one sip of the coffee and already felt like I was going to be sick, 0/10 I wish I could lower that a 1 star, this was truly the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to
