The check in staff and wait staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The food is really bad and we only saw 3 characters. We used to go years ago and there were alot of characters. The amount of money they charge they could do better especially with the food.

Honestly I hate to do this , The experience and atmosphere was great along with the staff but the food was down right horrendous, the breakfast food had been cooked improperly which not only made me sick but also tasted bland , when the best part of the buffet food was probably the fruit and drinks , I just suggest doing a better job with food , if Disney resorts would of responded to my request it would of avoided this review

The atmosphere and food has gone way down since they opened back up from COVID. Several trays were empty and patrons had to wait for the omelet guy to tell somebody to fill them. They're way overpriced, charged us for my grandson that's not even 3 yet; didn't notice until we got home. The characters are fun but the kids didn't dance with them around the restaurant, it wasn't very interactive and there were only four characters. Our second table was pretty much ignored when the characters showed up because there was a young boy 13 that maybe they didn't think he mattered. Disappointed is being kind to them for spending almost $900.

It isn’t like how it used to be. The character meet and greets seemed very rushed and not as animated as usual. The service was absent on refills. Brought drinks once and never refilled. Only had Chip, Dale, and Daisy stop by the table. Are Chip and Dale still relevant today? For $80 a person after included gratuity. It’s just not worth it. Had much better experiences in the park with characters.

You are paying for the experience with the characters. It is an extremely overpriced children's buffet- chicken, fries, desserts, etc. Two adults and two children (one which they charged as an adult because of their age requirements, the other being a toddler and eating a few finger foods) with an included gratuity was $440! We arrived before our 4pm reservation, checked in with the app, then had to wait. Once we were notified they were ready, we had to wait in a long line at the desk only to be sat again until called in a different line. The picture with Goofy was rushed and wasn't even a good photo. Plan to not be seated on time even with a reservation. We have visited Goofy's every time we come to Disney but it's hard to justify eating here anymore verses better quality restaurants in the park and surrounding area and visiting the characters in Toon Town instead. Be aware- Goofy's does not have all the characters. You are visited by Chip, Dale, Pluto, and Minnie. The characters are fun to watch with guests and are friendly/entertaining.
