  Terrible customer service. It takes hours to get a cheeseburger here. Order one hour in advance to get it on time. It is called fast food for a reason but this is so slow.

  Terrible food. We ordered cheese burger. Chicken and waffle, Mac n cheese. Consistently terrible. Cheeseburger cheese is very cold. Like in a cold cut deli. Patty is dry. Waffle is not crispy. Like warm. Mac was dry.

  The food was excellent! I got the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, and vegetables. It was so good that I had to come back and eat the same thing again that evening! I even took some home. Thank you Flo's for such a wonderful meal and a great experience! A+

  Ordered through the mobile app thinking that it wouldn't take long. Only got a salad and 2 pastrami sandwiches with fries. It took about 30 minutes to get the order...When I asked about the wait time the cashier said that they were backed up. If you order from here, just order at the cashier. It'll be much faster. Everyone who ordered their food from the cashier received their order within a few minutes, which doesn't make sense. The fries weren't that hot when it arrived. They didn't alert me when the order was ready. I had to ask. Disappointed...the food was okay and the portion sizes for the sandwich and salad are decent, which is why I gave it a 3 stars.
