- RHRebekah HalleyDec 2, 20252.0Sara was our first interaction for our 1st time coming to California Adventure . She was not interested in being patient or trying to understand that we didn’t know what to do. I asked what kind of Breakfast sandwiches they had and I was met with a big sigh of annoyance and being ordered to go look in the case. And whilst I was trying to get my husbands attention to come order she kept asking me to tell me the name for the order. I was trying to just hustle the troops so that I could tell her more than just my order. I didn’t understand that she was not trying to compete the order but just asking for the name. But she started our interaction with what would I want to order then asked for my name hence the reason I was thinking she was completing the order. She rolled her eyes at us as well. I was just so sad to travel all the way here only to be starting the day with that in magical not happy whatsoever to be there cast member . when it’s supposed to be called such a happy place it was such a bring down.
