I ordered a burrito bowl and believe that it comes with a tortilla, whether it's at an extra cost or not. The young lady took my order, and I advised her that I wanted the burrito bowl after she had added all the items I required inside the bowl. She proceeded to take the next customer order. I kindly asked her where the tortilla was that goes with the burrito bowl. She stated to me with an attitude that it was extra and that it was not included, as if I was requesting it for free. I politely advise her that, whether it's an extra cost or not, I require a burrito bowl, which implies that I would like to have the tortilla. If that's not the case, all of the bowls would be considered burrito bowls 🤔. She said, 'Well, this is not Florida; here, you have to ask for it, period.' SMH
