The order was accurate, the food was good, and I had no complaints. The Food: I ordered a steak quesadilla for pick-up through the app, and apparently that's the only way to get one. Kinda odd, but I ain't complaining since the quesadilla was huge, had plenty of gooey cheese, and came with 3 included sides. Is it the best quesadilla ever? No. Was I thoroughly satisfied? Yes! The Service: I can't accurately review the customer service for a dine-in experience, but I can say the one staff member who helped me was great. He saw me looking for my order at the pick-up shelf area and asked for my name. He came back in about 30 seconds. He was friendly and courteous. The Setting: This location has a good amount of tables and I would consider it a medium to large size Chipotle -- good for parties of 4 to 6 people, though 7 to 10 could possibly push some tables together to make it work. Though I didn't stay, I did find it clean and well stocked. The Conclusion: From a pick-up order perspective, this Chipotle location delivered as promised while the food was solid. Is it the best Latino food ever? Hardly. But for a chain, it has its online orders down.
