Today I thought I would just order in store, and it was the smallest burrito I’ve ever received. This is WITH extra rice and beans. 5” inches long. Despite the app stating the food was "Ready," I arrived to find my order hadn't even been started. I had to wait for them to make it from scratch, and they still missed an item until I pointed it out. Additionally, the app prompts for a tip before the service is even rendered, which feels wrong when the order is significantly late. This location accepts orders before they are actually prepared to fulfill them. If you are in a hurry, I’d suggest the Santa Ana Canyon Rd location instead—they manage their opening times and digital orders much more accurately.

While many seem to be high school students, the unfriendly service is consistent even with older staff. 0 Star Service.
