Josh, Izaak, and Elias had the best customer service I’ve experienced, especially as first timers here they helped myself and my sister and my daughter all make decisions on what to eat for our bowls, extremely patient and kind and helpful!! 10/10 service!! had an amazing experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving, but what really made the visit stand out was the staff. Liz and Bobby were absolutely incredible. They were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their positive energy and great customer service made the whole experience even better. You can tell they truly care about what they do and about the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to Liz and Bobby.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of content in the falafel wrap. How do you only use one scoop of hummus, a small scoop of rice, a pinch of lettuce, a couple clumps of feta, and maybe 2.5 olives and still charge almost $15? At least I got 4 falafels.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The service was truly exceptional, the dining area was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. On top of that, the food was beyond delicious—every bite was amazing. I will absolutely be coming back.

I won't be going back. I got a chicken Shawarma Bowl. It started bad and ended worse. First, they only gave me about a table spoon of rice. The Shawarma they put in was dry. Oddly enough everything else they put in the bowl they used a large spoon with no slats/openings. So for every other item I put in, I received liquid. By the time I mixed my bowl the liquid thinned out all of the sauce. So I ate a grainy tasting bowl with no flavor and a ton of liquid at the bottom. Worst restaurant experience I've had in maybe 30 years. I can honestly say I will never go back to Cava. Lastly, I think the people serving me were zombies. They were not helpful and could care less about my experience. Goodbye Cava.
