  Atmosphere: A beautiful, romantic, and nostalgic nod to the Golden Age of Hollywood, with intimate, elegant, and quiet, and comfortable seating (both indoor and outdoor options). Food: Refined and delicious, with standouts including the warm cheddar Parker House rolls with apricot butter, crispy Brussels sprouts, and seasonal specialties like gnocchi or pork chops. We had the spicy ahi Tuna and the Moroccan roasted chicken meatballs. Ahi was not as spicy but the chicken meatballs had a kick! Service: Thank you Stacy for exceptional service. Stacy was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and made us laugh. Recommendation: Be sure to book reservations well in advance, as this is a popular spot for a special, and memorable, and upscale meal.

  Server was amazing, ambiance was 10/10. Food was okay, but not as good as it should be for the price. $35 for a kids meal with a tiny cup of soup and buttered noodles is insanity haha

  Extremely disappointed in the food. My last visit was some time ago and it was amazing this current visit was a huge disappointment. It was a birthday dinner and having to leave the park after dinner altogether to hunt down a cheese burger was not in the plan. The dish we both ordered had ingredients not listed on the menu and the dish itself was so incredibly sparse of any actual ingredients we were shocked especially after we were recommended it by the server. Service was great and very polite but when you’re paying Disney dining prices you expect something a tiny bit magical.

  I made a dinner reservation for Carthay Circle Restaurant back in December for Feb 3rd which is my wife's birthday. Neither of us have dined there before so we thought we would go to the trouble of paying for DCA tickets just to have a special birthday dinner at Carthay. 2 hours before our reservation they called me to cancel our reservation saying the restaurant would not be able to open that evening. So we blew a few hundred dollars on DCA tickets, and a few more hundred on a hotel stay for absolutely nothing. Embarrassing levels of customer service.
