We went to the establishment located on Katella Avenue in Anaheim California. The entire experience was fantastic! For openers, the restaurant was clean and the entire staff was quite friendly and helpful. We were fortunate enough to have Dane as our server. Dane was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. We enjoyed dinning with him and he took excellent care of us. He made sure that we had everything that we needed, and ensured that we never wanted for anything as well. He was OUTSTANDING at his job and deserves to be commended for his efforts. Nicely done Dane!! Thanks to Dane, all of our food was freshly prepared to perfection and presented in a timely manner. We truly appreciated this and are grateful to Dane for helping to make this night one to remember! If you are ever in the area and go to Bubba Gump, make sure you ask for Dane! You will not be disappointed!

She took quick care of us and showed us how the license plate works if we needed anything. She brought our drinks promptly and checked on us often. She made great suggestions and we felt so comfortable with her and trusted her opinions. We had such a great time and ended up staying for our whole meal and extra drinks when our plan was to have a drink and a snack and move on. She is a true gem and we felt like we were there just hanging with a friend on our visit. Evie is a rare find in the industry!

It’s a combination of things Food 1/5 - extremely lack luster food. Fried shrimp had wet soggy breading and the shrimp tasted pretty bad. I stopped eating them when I ran out of cocktail sauce to mask the flavor. I decided to order an alcoholic drink that came with some kind of cool glass, thought it would be a nice gift to myself. The drink, if it did have alcohol in it, barely did. It was incredibly sweet and very overpriced. But at least I got a gift? Not really. The lady looked for a glass in the gift shop for about 30 seconds and then said that they don’t have any and gave me two plastic shakers. While not a big deal, why advertise these things if your employees don’t bother caring about them? I choose not to make a big deal about it cause it’s just a glass but that interaction basically made it clear. Spend your money elsewhere on restaurants that care about their customers. Like Applebees. Burger King. McDonald’s. Outback. Bubba gump. Is going the way of the dodo bird
