  Not all Karen's are Karen's at least not our amazing server Karen at Bubba Gump Anaheim. She helped turn my whole experience around. The moment I walked in was not the most welcoming, which is a first for me as I come here often and have never been met nor greeted the way I was that day. I can understand with it being a holiday tension is high but I still expect great customer service but I still decided to dine there as this is one of my favorite restaurants. We went in Christmas Day and had called to verify they were open and if there was a wait. Never told we would need a reservation upon arrival I was asked for one and I had mentioned we had called and wasn't told we needed one. I mentioned I was a member and wanted to be sat when possible and walked away to go look at the store. Upon getting sat, Karen had come by and introduced herself and was such a doll. She truly made me fall more in love with this restaurant. She was very attentive And made sure my son was taken care of, which is always a very important thing to me. She also introduced me to the wide variety of butters they offer here, which I have never been made aware of any time prior. Now for the food 😋... I had the crab rolls with Cajun and garlic butter on the side. Ever since I got introduced to this plate it has become a favorite of mine and it was delicious 😋 10/10 (mix the Cajun and garlic butter you won't regret it.) Now my mom always loves a good soup so she got the clam chowder which she said was the perfect size and great for the cold rainy weather we were having that day. As for drinks the drink i had ordered was delicious and came with a cute little Shaker. Over all would recommend anyone in the area to stop by and if you can get Karen as your server you'd be in great hands. Also don't skip out on the calamari I love it here 100/10.

  Shelby was a great server!!!! The food was ok. Excellent amount of avocado on the burger! Tempura shrimp is not tempura. It’s mushy. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Overall, we really appreciated Shelby as our server. Very personable and helped up navigate the menu- her recommendations were very appreciated!

  My family and I have always enjoyed coming to Bubba Gump, but thanks to Evie this time, our experience has been exceptional. She was on top of our beverages and food and did an amazong job of checking on us and making sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend the Bubba Gump in Anaheim and to ask for Evie as your server. Great atmosphere. Food and service, couldn't ask for a better experience.

  Evie, the service was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The level of service truly exceeded our expectations and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. On top of that, the food was incredibly delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every bite was amazing. Thank you for providing such great service and a wonderful dining experience. We truly appreciate it and can’t wait to come back! 🌟🍽️

  I ate at Bubba Gump's a few months back with my family and we really had a great time due to our server Laura. I chose Bubba Gumps to have dinner with some friends. When we were seated and our server came over I was so excited that Laura was serving us. I told my friends how wonderful she was on our last visit. She did not disappoint. My friends just loved the trivia questions. We even asked Laura some and she got them all! She helped with choosing food. The food was good and the wait was reasonable. My friends and I will be returning. Hope we get Laura again. Thank you!
