- FOFairWinds OnBeamMar 26, 20262.0This El Pollo Loco shares parking with the busy Starbucks on your right as you enter. Head on a swivel watch for busy exits with people getting their 8$+ sugary lattes :) Had an issue with an employee on break in the dining area. They were sitting in a booth next to us with a thin partition. Issue was they had a cell phone out and moderate to loud volume while doom scrolling. I addressed the Mgr only to have an issue with language barrier even though I'm bi-ligual? The Mgr directed me to their franchise "website". So I asked for her name as the tag was covered up for her employees name. Then she 180'd and said she'd address it? Odd... Restrooms are key coded with an employee needing to buzz you in. Time your potty needs I guess. Mixed feelings here. They have very busy drive-thru service. Also good food. A nice front patio with coved tables too.

It's in my name Did they give it to someone else ??? Shrimp Taco was just shrimp n Lettuce I did not get the Lime wedge they usually wrap in with the Tacos.... I need a Refund or a Credit on my account You can see no Guacamole in it or a separate contain as I paid . 99 CENTS for it should be a Side Container...???
