  I got a vanilla cupcake for $7 and it was the driest cupcake I have ever eaten. The frosting was also bland. For $7 I expect the cupcake to at least be good. If I went to a grocery store I could have gotten a dozen cupcakes for the same price and they would have been better tasting. You need to redo your recipe!

  We had a terrible experience at this place. We waited 10 minutes at the cashier, and while the staff saw us, no one spoke to us until we approached. Then they told us we needed to take a number to pay for a couple of suckers. It was a terrible experience, especially since we were at the “happiest” place on earth. The staff was completely unfriendly.

  Love the seasonal caramel apples and marshmallows wands. HUGE SELECTION of candies, cookies, nuts, popcorn, and other delicious treats, but I love that they have the Mickey Mouse shaped ice cream bars too!

  Standing and standing while Four cast members have a meeting at 9:30am. There is no clarity which registers are open as none of the cast members are standing at one. Me and a couple standing there. I was as the far left register and the couple at the pastry case. Two guys walk up further down and they help one guy and another guy is further down at the last pastry case so I move to the the register and she goes who is next and I say I am I’ve been standing and wait and I try and order and she cuts me off and goes he was actually next. How would she even know when her back was turned facing the back who was first. Meanwhile, three cast members are still standing there the one one could have opened the other register where the other guy was standing. I left. Completely unnecessary to be standing in a group of four discussing stuff. Have your preshift prior to opening. I was there to buy stuff for my baby’s birthday but absolutely ruined my experience. This was honestly the worst part of the Disney trip and the last thing we were doing here. I’m very disappointed and as a former cast member at wdw where are the standards?????

  Wasn’t even greeted when entering and walking about the store by the two women towards the front, which was very disheartening. The cashier was at least kind but the candy is a pass… which speaks to the customer service
