Ice Cream Bar: 4/5 - I've gotten vanilla dipped in chocolate with sprinkles on it. It's a nice tasty treat to have. I remember when raspberry was an option and I'd dip that in chocolate and truthfully I miss those the most! Service: 3/5 - Standard service. Ambiance: 3/5 - I've usually just got these to go but there are some areas to sit. Portion to Price: 3/5 - It's amusement park pricing.

- KRKade Van RyMar 8, 20261.0My wife and I were really let down today. We ordered a hand dipped ice cream using their mobile order option and waited for our time to grab it while looking for a seat. Between finding somewhere to sit, we passed a half hour with no indication our order was ready. A little bewildered that our ice cream would take a half hour to prepare, I left my wife at our table and stood at the counter for another 15 minutes. By the upset faces around me, I could tell I was not alone, so I chose to tell myself that it really was taking that long to prepare and they were just slammed. Another 5 minutes later, the better part of an hour after we placed the order for ice cream, we got the notification and I went to the counter where I saw they had many orders sitting behind the counter. Again, if they’re busy that’s fine, though I’d prefer they just use the different order windows like every other vendor at Disneyland, however our order must have been ready for half the time we waited because there was no frozen ice cream left for us but instead just a melted mess inside the chocolate shell. The treat wasn’t very refreshing and the experience was very disappointing.
