  It would be nice if your tortillas didn't fall apart so my tacos didn't turn into a makeshift burrito bowel in aluminum foil. Your quality has really gone down the tubes

  The staff was unprofessional and provided inaccurate information regarding product availability. I was told that red salsa was unavailable, including for pickup orders. However, I was able to successfully place an order for a large side through the app shortly afterward, which raises concerns about transparency and consistency. When I requested to speak with a manager, the individual identified as such responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, stating, “What do you want me to do?” and “You’re making a big fuss about it.” This level of response reflects a lack of basic customer service standards. Having worked in fast food myself, I understand the pressures of a busy environment. However, that does not excuse poor communication or disrespect toward paying customers. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to both the misinformation and the lack of professionalism.

  IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 I WOULD!! BUG CAME OUT OF MY BOWL AND THE GIRL GAVE ME A DIRTY LOOK AND WHEN I ASKED HER FOR A REFUND SHE HAS SUCH ATTITUDE AND ONLY REFUNDED ME FOR THE CHEAPEST BOWL (not my bowl). THATS WHY UR 30 AND WORK AT CHIPOTLE!!

  Had a phenomenal experience yesterday! Service was exquisite. I grabbed a grab and go soda, was offered if I wanted a colder one, I said yes please ! Chicken burrito was fresh and well prepared. Even for $12, it's still phenomenal good. Thank you !
