  Service is extremely slow. I understand it’s Monday at 5pm - but that’s dinner time for a lot. Staff is moving extremely slow. I understand the cost of staff but this was very slow!

  I’ve gone to several chipotle locations and this is the very first one that skimps out on the food portions! The servers wouldn’t even dare to fill up the serving spoon for rice, beans, protein, or even the toppings. The servers didn’t even give us a good scoop of sour cream, instead, they dipped the spoon in the sour cream, spun it around to get all the excess off and only drizzled it in the bowl. We had to get extra extra of everything to get at least half the normal serving and even then, our bowls were quite empty. Ultimately disappointed with this location - paid for extra everything and the serving size still resulted in less than half the portion of what a normal bowl would be at a different location in Corona or Riverside. Several customers after us were also in agreement with how ridiculously small the portions were.

  I am posting this publicly because the experience I had this week at this Chipotle Mexican Grill location raises serious concerns about both management and food safety. On Tuesday night I was double charged for my order and had to return on Wednesday to correct the issue. Then on Thursday night I was charged incorrectly again, this time for a side of guacamole with a quesadilla. When I politely asked the manager—who was also responsible for the double charge earlier in the week—whether he could comp the guacamole as a courtesy given the repeated inconvenience, he refused. The operational issues did not stop there. When I visited Thursday evening, there was no line and I was the only customer in the restaurant, yet the service was still extremely slow. Despite this, the location had already run out of steak during the dinner rush, which is surprising given the simplicity of the menu and suggests poor inventory and shift management. More concerning were the sanitation and food handling issues I observed. There was visible food spillage throughout the serving area, staff were interacting with customers in a brusque and unprofessional manner, and I saw employees handling food with visible open cuts or sores. That raises legitimate concerns about whether basic food safety protocols are being followed. Between repeated billing errors, extremely slow service in an empty store, running out of core menu items, and the sanitation concerns I witnessed, this location appears to be experiencing serious management and operational breakdowns. I hope this review prompts district management or corporate oversight to take a closer look at this store, because what I experienced this week falls far below the standards customers should expect.

  I’ve been going to this location for almost 5 years, and the portion sizes have become consistently smaller. Bowls now look like half portions, even when ordering the same items. What’s worse - a second bowl with extra protein was even smaller. This isn’t a one-time issue; it’s a pattern. Prices are up, portions are down, and the value just isn’t there anymore. Very disappointing for a long-time customer.

  The food is as good as any other chipotle, but it always seems to be struggling. I live around the corner and come often and it's always understaffed/struggling to wrap burritos well. Usually a long wait because of this as well.
