The soda machine for one of the colas squirted all over me since they have a missing nozzle and no sign. Their teas were not being chilled so their machine was broken and it was not up to cold holding temperature. Restrooms were gross as well, toilet paper on the floor, trash overflowing again. No one went out to clean tables the whole 40 mins I was there. It seems this is a trend in cava locations they are just so so filthy I wonder what the kitchen looks like. Diet soda ran out and I saw another customer that had been waiting for more than 7 mins to have it replaced. Worst case was the store wasn't even that busy for them not to clean the dining area and take out trash but they didnt.
