- TLThe LP2002Mar 24, 20261.0Avoid this location! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff: I am extremely disappointed in the Baskin-Robbins at Anaheim Plaza. On Sunday, March 22nd, around 2:55 p.m., the two staff members on duty were incredibly disrespectful and hostile toward my mother. After a simple request regarding the portion size of her ice cream, the employees became argumentative and eventually resorted to cursing at her. When we asked for management’s contact information to resolve the issue, they flat-out refused to provide it. It is shameful to see "professionals" treat elderly customers with such blatant disregard. Management needs to seriously look into their hiring and training practices at this location, as the current staff is driving away loyal customers with their behavior. I will not be returning and strongly advise others—especially families and seniors—to avoid this location on Sundays.

Service: The first staff member was very kind and helpful, but another staff member came to help me and was not friendly. When I asked for another sample the staff member said "oh you already had 3 samples... you met the limit of samples." I was taken back due to no signage indicating this and we were not told this at the beginning either. If I had known I might have changed my sample selections. Also there were no other customers in the store either. Quality: The ice cream was icy and appeared to be freezer burnt. It was so disappointing. Also when looking at the chocolate dipped cones there were flies flying around. How disgusting! I will not returning anytime soon! Such a disappointing experience.

They usually charge me 89 cents which I saw her press and it popped up at 89 but then she pushed it again and it went up to 1.99 and to finish it off she didn't make the ice cream right, she put all the toppings on the bottom and then added the whip cream on top. Im not sure if shes new but she needs to learn more before going on her own

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
